PokerPalooza Champions!!

On Saturday December 6th, we hosted our largest buy-in tournament to date. We had 70 players show up for this event, looking to score a big payday and leave with the championship belt wrapped around their waist. Deeper stacks and longer levels meant players had to mix patience, aggression and luck together to come out on top. Eight of these players found the rebuy window, resulting in 78 entries and a prize pool north of $18,000. The top 10 finishers would be sharing this prize pool.

607poker.com regular Matt Kel. (Vestal, NY) just missed the final table but still found a payout, exiting in 10th place for $550. Tyler Chs. (Windham, PA) worked his way to a 9th place finish in only his second appearance at a 607poker.com event. Tyler claimed $550 for his final table appearance. George Smi. (Mexico, NY) made his drive down Route 81 worth it, finishing in 8th place in his debut at 607poker.com, picking up $650 for an impressive finish.

Christian Pen. (Philadelphia, PA) kept his streak of making the money in every 607poker.com event he has participated in going. His 7th place finish for $825 makes him 5 for 5 at our Shop. Chad P. (McGraw, NY) kept his hot streak going, grinding out a 6th place finish for $1,000. Daric Dio. (Endicott, NY) built a big stack early and came into the final table as the chip leader. When the cards turned on him, he recorded a 5th place finish, taking home $1,290.

First time player at 607poker.com Connor Kle. (Binghamton, NY) started strong, placing in 4th and grabbing $1,650 for his efforts. After a tough Fall 2025 Season, 607poker.com regular Scott Tho. (Conklin, NY) saved his best performance for our biggest event, knocking down a 3rd place finish for $2,580.

With two players remaining and $9,100 up for grabs, our final two players agreed on an even chop. Scott Str. (Port Crane, NY) posted his largest score (out of several scores) this fall. Scott took home $4,550 for over 10 hours of play. Cash game specialist, Dana Be. (Binghamton, NY) made a triumphant return to the tournament scene, overcoming a poor start to the day, leaving with $4,550 and the championship belt.

A massive thank you to all of the players that made the trip in to play with us on Saturday. With such a good turnout (both the number of players and skill level), we are already planning our next big buy-in event. Head over to 607poker.com and create an account so you can stay updated on this and all of the other tournaments we host!
