Familiar Face, First Victory!!

Event #7 of our Winter 2026 Season went head to head with Turning Stone Casino’s WSOP Circuit Event and came up a little short. 48 players came out to our event, slightly less than TSCR but with the best and the brightest 607poker.com has to offer contending, this was an event you shouldn’t have missed. Play started with plenty of action, resulting in 21 rebuys and a prize pool of $3,450 to be awarded to the top 9 finishers.

Hand for hand play started with 10 players remaining at 2 tables. Bob Sil. (Binghamton, NY) couldn’t find a double up and exited as our bubble finisher in 10th place. The remaining players drew new seats for the final and play resumed with Dan Con. (Parts Unknown) was our 9th place finisher. After over a year away, Dan returned with an impressive performance, earning $90 for his finish. Adrian Cho. (Long Island, NY) was the next player heading to the rail. Adrian’s 8th place finish earned him $125 and moved him into striking distance of a money finish on the season points leaderboard.

Robert Ric. (Afton, NY) finished in 7th place, earning $160 for his first cash of the Winter 2026 Season. Paycheck (Binghamton, NY) brought his February winning streak into March, recording a 6th place finish for $195. This finish moves him into the top 15 on the Season Points Leaderboard, needing a cash in Event #8 to earn a payout position. Perennial final tablist Dan Kan. (Maine, NY) logged a 5th place finish for $245 while moving into the top 10 on the Season Points Leaderboard. Chad P. (McGraw, NY) followed up two WSOP Circuit cashes with a 4th place finish in the big game. Chad ran A9 into AA, pocketing $330 for his finish and moved into 4th place on the Season Points Leaderboard with his third cash of the season.

Scott Bes. (Elmira, NY) put up his second straight cash of the season, taking home $500 for his third place finish. This finish vaulted Scott into the top 10 on the Season Points Leaderboard, positioning him well for a cash finish. The two finalists traded chips while dismissing the idea of a chop. An ace on the river of a key hand swung the chip lead to Bart Hur. (Conklin, NY) leaving Justin Mar. (Greene, NY) fighting for his tournament life with a shorter stack. Justin couldn’t overcome the chip deficit, finishing with a 2nd place finish for $760. This was Justin’s second cash in only his second appearance at 607poker.com. Bart was left with all of the chips and the lion’s share of the money, earning $1,045 for his outright victory. The win pulled Bart into the top 13 on the Season Points Leaderboard, leaving him in need of a cash in the season finale to secure an additional payout.

The last tournament of our Winter 2026 Season is Saturday March 21st at 4 PM. This $95 buy-in promises plenty of action and a large payout while players jockey for position at the top of the Season Points Leaderboard. Stop down and play spoiler if you aren’t in contention!!
