But it was Suited!!!

The April 7th version of our Tuesday Night Tournament was all No Limit Texas Hold Em. We saw 55 players come out to play and there was no shortage of action, resulting in 63 rebuys. Mix in a slew of add-ons and we had a $2,700 prize pool waiting for our top 12 finishers.

We never got to hand for hand play because with 15 players remaining, we got three eliminations from two tables during the same hand. Matt Kel., Jose Fer. & John McC. shared the honor of being this week’s bubble boys, leaving just shy of the money. It doesn’t look like April will be any different than March was for Jeff Sm. (Marathon, NY). Jeff was the first player heading to the payout desk, picking up $55 for his 12th place finish. Nancy Ree. (Binghamton, NY) broke her recent cold streak on Tuesday Nights with an 11th place finish for a $70 payout. This was Nancy’s 6th Tuesday Night cash of the year. Pat Rei. (Deposit, NY) spent much of the night as chip leader but when his KK ran into AA, he was left crippled and exited soon after in 10th place. Pat collected $85 for his 5th Tuesday Night cash of the year.

After a redraw for final table seats, Jacob Sch. (Waverly, NY) exited in 9th place for a $100 payday. Jacob had worked a short stack to magnificently to make a final table run. Max Spe. (Queens, NY) was left crippled when his AJ couldn’t improve against his opponent’s AQ. Max exited in 8th place, taking home $115 for his efforts. Jay Hea. (Binghamton, NY) logged his 4th Tuesday Night cash of the year with a 7th place finish worth $130.

Mike Mil. (Deposit, NY) logged a 6th place finish for his first Tuesday Night cash, pocketing $150. Anton Kal. (Westchester, NY) followed Mike to the payout desk. Anton grabbed $180 for his 5th place finish. Kevin Dum. (West Windsor, NY) took 4th place for $230 and his 5th Tuesday Night cash of the year. Rob McL. (Binghamton, NY) posted his best Tuesday Night finish of the year, claiming $355 for his 3rd place finish.

Jim All. (Windsor, NY) kept his final table streak alive, going into heads up play with a significant chip deficit. Jim couldn’t spin it up but collected $530 for his 2nd place finish, making this his best Tuesday Night finish in 6 cashes. Jim’s exit left Gus Van. (Binghamton, NY) with all of the chips and the outright victory. Gus earned $700 for his 1st place finish. This is Gus’ 4th cash on Tuesday Night and second win!!!

Next Tuesday is a mix of No Limit Texas Hold Em and Crazy Pineapple. There is sure to be plenty of action so don’t miss it!!
