Tuesday Night Chaos!!

Our second event of 2026 was a Tuesday Night No Limit Texas Hold Em Tournament. This event had a $20 buy-in and players could rebuy for the first two hours of play if they ran out of chips. 45 players showed up and oh boy, did they take advantage of the rebuys. 52 rebuys later we reached the break and the remaining players were able to add-on more chips for an additional $20. With 97 total entries (what a great turnout for a Tuesday night) we were set to pay the top 12 finishers.

Newcomer Tyrese Dav was the bubble boy in his first appearance at 607poker.com, unable to avoid a three outer. Lucas Har. (Vestal, NY) made a triumphant return from his holiday break, finishing in 12th place and collecting $45. Tom Faz. (Binghamton, NY) had his big stack decimated in a blind vs. blind matchup and wasn’t able to spin it back up, finishing in 11th place for a $55 payout. Anton Kal. (Westchester, NY) was our 10th place finisher, barely missing out on the final table and picking up $65 for his efforts.

After a redraw for the final table, play resumed and AJ Ro. (Port Crane, NY) couldn’t improve when he got his A2 in against AQ on an A high flop. AJ finished in 9th place, collecting $75 for his first cash in only his second event at 607poker.com. Following AJ to the pay window was Rob McL. (Binghamton, NY) Rob took home $90 for his 8th place finish in a warm up for the Winter 2026 Season. 607poker.com regular Nick Bab. (Cortland, NY) made a rare mid-week appearance and capitalized on it, finishing in 7th place for a $105 payout.

Cash game specialist Jay Hea. (Binghamton, NY) was our 6th place finisher, collecting $125. Chad P. (McGraw, NY) continued his impressive run of December cashes into January, exiting in 5th place and picking up $145. Paycheck (Binghamton, NY) navigated a 4th place finish for a $190 payday. Paycheck will look to extend this rungood into our Winter 2026 League on Saturday January 10th. Jack Sym. (Windsor, NY) entered the final table as one of the shorter stacks but spun it up into a 3rd place finish for a $275 cash.

Heads up play between David Tim. (Waverly, PA) and Jimmy Far. (Binghamton, NY) started with the two players having pretty even chip counts. David & Jimmy came into the final table as the big stacks. Chips were exchanged for over a level of play until the critical hand emerged. Jimmy raised from the button holding A4s and was called by David’s K8. Jimmy continued betting on a 754 flop and David made the call with his gutshot and two overcards. The turn was the Ks. With a pair and the nut flush draw, Jimmy fired a large bet. After improving to top pair and a gutshot redraw, David thought for a minute before moving in. Jimmy made the call only to find a complete brick on the river. Jimmy was left with less than one big blind and bowed out on the next hand for a 2nd place finish (his third consecutive cash) and a $420 payout. David was left with all of the chips and the biggest pile of cash, collecting $720 for his outright win. Congrats David!!!!

Be sure to join us on Saturday January 10th for our next event, kicking off our fourth season of play. The only way to get your name on our trophy is to come down and play!!
