The Survivors

On Saturday Night the second half of our doubleheader was a $65 buy-in Survivor Tournament. When all of the buy-ins and rebuys were tallied, we had a total of 36 entries. This meant our top 3 finishers would each collect $600 and our fourth place finisher would earn $360.

Final table action was fast and furious with several short stacks unable to hold on. With five players left and only 4 payouts scheduled, Jimmy Far. (Binghamton, NY) picked up his 4th bubble in the last month, turning two buy-ins into no money. Play continued with the four remaining players trying to survive for the larger payout. After trading chips for awhile, the four remaining players agreed to chop the prize pool evenly. Rob McL. (Binghamton, NY), Anton Kal. (Westchester, NY), Christian Pen. (Philadelphia, PA) and Paycheck (Binghamton, NY) each received $540 for outlasting the other 32 entries.

This Saturday we will run another Survivor Tournament ($75 buy-in) at 5:30. Come take your chance to line your pockets with some extra cash!!
